Debbie Gidley has 20 years of non-profit association management experience. She currently services the American Association of Women Dentists, the Professional Women’s Club of Chicago and the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.  As part of her role managing client day to day operations, she is responsible for general communications, membership retention and development initiatives, serving as a liaison to the corporate sponsors and assuring all conference planning is well executed.

Prior to opening Gidley Management Group in 1992, her experience includes working for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Chicago Board of Trade and PM Haeger and Associates, formerly Chicago’s second largest association management firm. She graduated from Loyola University with a B.A. in Political Science in 1989. 

Debbie considers herself lucky to work alongside her sisters, and appreciates the hard work and dedication the volunteers she works with every day. “Seeing the volunteers give so selflessly of themselves, inspires me and makes me happy to go to work each day.”
