Susan Gidley is an equity partner in Gidley Management Group, Inc. (GMG).  In addition to her role serving client associations, she handles GMG's day-to-day operations and is responsible for the financial oversight of the firm.

Susan is a dedicated Association Administrator and Executive Director, serving as a valuable resource to members and volunteers.  She has served on and worked with a number of non-profit boards.  Susan works in partnership with her client Boards of Directors, providing strong support and the tools they need to do the best job possible.  Her passion is meeting planning, having planned, negotiated, managed and implemented hundreds of meetings with great success. 

Susan takes great pride in providing extraordinary customer and member service, providing a strong sense of belonging to your association.  She creates relationships among her association members and is an excellent communicator.

Susan attended the University of Illinois at Chicago.  Her company is a member of the Association Forum of Chicagoland, the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Association Management Company Institute.
